Crystalline glazes are known as one of the most challenging pottery glazing techniques, often requiring years of experimentation to achieve consistent results. KJ Tools & Glazes have simplified the process, allowing you to achieve remarkable crystalline effects without spending excessive time and money on testing. Encapsulating years of hard work into 12 ready-to-use crystalline glazes, guaranteed to produce stunning results every time. KJ glazes are as easy to apply as regular glazes, and thanks to KJ's firing schedule, they can be used in any kiln. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced potter, our glazes are designed to help you experience the magic of crystalline glazing with ease.
Due to the high zinc content in our crystalline glazes, they are not considered food safe. However, you can still use them for various pottery pieces such as vases, bowls for dry food, the exterior of mugs, and any other items where the glaze will not come into direct contact with food.
