Mayco’s Fundamentals® Underglazes are formulated for application to wet clay, greenware or bisque, producing vibrant colors and consistent, dependable performance. Fundamentals® will fire to a soft, matte finish when left unglazed. Applying a clear glaze will create a brilliant gloss finish to your surface and ensure dinnerware safety. Fundamentals® canbe used for all over coverage, in design or in combination with other Mayco glazes at mid- range to high-fire temperatures for a varietyof design techniques. While initially developed for low-fire, Fundamentals® Underglazes colours perform wonderfully at higher temperatures. We recommend testing at your preferred firing temperature prior to use.
